IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please note this is not a medical facility, it is a recovery home. We are here to help you through your recovery as best as we can. We will ensure you have a safe and clean facility, as well as an attentive staff. Establishing a good relationship with the staff and open communication is key to helping you through your recovery. We hope you enjoy your stay with us and we look forward to helping you through your recovery process.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due upon check-in. If you are paying via Paypal please do so when you have settled in your room. If you are paying in cash be sure to request a receipt.

CANCELATIONS

To cancel your reservation please send an email to info (at) kindnessrh.com

Cancellation requests must be submitted 10 days prior to your check-in date. Requests submitted 10 days prior to check-in date will be refunded 100%. Refunds will be given in the same form payment was received.

Be sure to include your full name, check-in date and Payment Invoice # in your email. Please retain all email communication for your records until your refund has been fully processed.

Refunds will not be given for cancellation requests not submitted 10 days prior to check-in. In these cases we will work with you to find someone to take your reservation. If we are successful we will issue a refund.
